Snowville Creamery milk and cream products come from the pasture-based herd of Bill
Dix and Stacy Hall who use sustainable management methods that improve the soil,
plants, water quality and biodiversity. Pasture grazed, healthy animals are tended with
care and respect. Their cows graze outdoors on pasture, walking to and from the milking
barn twice a day.
Bill and Stacy’s dairy farm won the 2003 Meigs County Conservation Farmers of the
Year award.
