Combine eggs, milk, honey (or sugar) and vanilla together in a blender and puree for a few seconds.
Put the mixture in a 9”x13” baking dish or ramekins, and put the dish on a rack (or a few chopsticks) in a larger pan of water.
Bake for one hour at 300ºF or until the top is just slightly browned.
It will set up as it cools.
